Grounding during Meditation

When we meditate it is essential that we ground the energies first. If we do not then we will feel as though we are being detached from the body.

To do this we sit comfortably and perform meditation, now harness your energy down through the body and out through the soles of your feet and into the centre of the world.

This is an essential part of meditation otherwise we will feel as though we are becoming separated and we will get frustrated regarding that we are not achieving anything in doing the procedure.

Every time we do meditation we harness energies and at the same time revitalise the body. It is like rejuvenation a tonic for recuperation after a tired day.
