Session 155 - Periodic breathing before meditation


Hello Son,

The advantages of periodic breathing before meditation, is almost as important as the meditation itself.

This is the foundation of spiritual growth and the increase of vibration to the person. Without this exercise, the body is not really tuned or relaxed enough to complete a meditation. Continue with this and get all the family involved and perhaps consider inviting other people to do a group meditation. I know you want to do this, which is a great idea.
