There are lots of changes happening inside your body as you move along and raise your vibrations. The meditations are helping and doing 5, 6 or 7 times a day is helping to focus these changes inside.
It is important from now on to continue with this new routine; every meditation does help to block out unnecessary thoughts and silent the mind. This material world with its ups and downs can drain the energies and divert them away from the real focus of ascension.
The harmonising and retuning of the body is happening at a cellular level as the DNA will soon become active and they will communicate with you. They are very keen in helping you in your personal journey in the path of spiritual awakening. Until then keep meditating.
