Hello Son,

Your question is, ‘can you devise a timetable/routine that incorporates night time meditation?’

Now that you are going back to school from tomorrow, the times of your meditation will also change. You have to take into account the work from school that you will have to complete.

Lets us work through the timings and the routine that you have got to adhere to.

Now some things may change for instance, guests may turn up, you will have to see them first and alter the timings accordingly until they have gone.

While some weekends you might what to see your brothers, if that is the case then go ahead. Do not be too strict with yourself about these timings, but be flexible and see if this works for you. If not then we will try again and plan another timetable that may work better for you.
